Typical of our small residential schemes is this multi-disciplinary commission for development within the attractive Essex seaside town of Frinton on Sea, comprising six detached homes and associated private gardens and communal landscape areas.

Commencing with a BS 5837 tree survey and associated reports, and the protection of retained trees both on and off the site, including a magnificent bay laurel, Open Spaces has also discharged the hard and soft landscape conditions via a scheme which includes a feature garden area at the heart of the development designed with tumbled slate paddlestones and standing granite monoliths.
