Tasked initially with producing a LVIA for this proposed development of some 110 residential units, public open spaces, allotments and associated landscape infrastructure on the northern fringe of Tavistock between Dartmoor National Park and the World Heritage site including the Tower Valley, services also included outline landscape design encompassing the enhancement of ecological values, screening and the reinforcement of the overall character of the site within its context.
The application went to Public Inquiry in June 2016 with the Appeal allowed and permission granted in August 2016.
