Approved planning permission for Shendish Manor

Working on the Shendish Manor Hotel development proposal has been an exciting restoration project for Open Spaces. The Grade II Listed status of the hotel complex meant that many planning requirements focused on the surrounding landscape. Open Spaces provided services tailored to the historical context, ensuring the proposed restoration works paid homage to the formal grounds. The final landscape scheme provides a perfect setting for the contemporary pavilion designed by award winning Architects Tooley Foster Partnership.

With planning permission now granted, our clients can move forward with their multi-million pound proposals for the hotel extension and exclusive wedding venue.
