Working in partnership with Bouygues UK, Open Spaces was awarded the contract to deliver the detailed landscape design phase of this £120m flagship Headquarters for Cambridge Assessment, the organisation responsible for delivering the operation and management of the University of Cambridge examination boards.
Working collaboratively with the other professionals within the team, Open Spaces have delivered the detailed landscape design for ‘The Triangle Project’ in BIM, using Revit software and the scheme is fully compliant to BIM Level 2 and above.
The development, built to accommodate up to 3,000 employees by 2025, includes a variety of green and outdoor spaces, including a prestigious entrance courtyard and podium roof gardens.
