A semi rural location, this 2530 m2 site has now received planning consent for the creation of 5 new 3 and 4 bed homes within near proximity to both Epping and open countryside within the Metropolitan Green Belt.
The project included a BS5837 compliant tree survey and associated reports and included the protection of a significant TPO oak tree. Open Spaces also produced hard and soft landscape design layouts for both the private garden areas and the communal spaces within the development.
