‘The Triangle Project’ near completion

It was over Two years ago that Open Spaces began working with Bouygues UK as their consultant Landscape Architects on the new £120 million headquarters for Cambridge Assessment. Working within a multi-discipline BIM compliant team, Open Spaces Successfully brought the Landscape design for ‘The Triangle Project’ through stage 4 (Design Development) to completion and handover.
Now that construction is nearing completion and ‘hand-over is due in December we are very proud to have collaborated with such a fantastic team using BIM (ifc) compatible software.
With this experience of such a large high-profile project, Open Spaces can confidently say that we are one of the first Landscape Architects practises, in the UK to be fully BIM compliant (level 2 maturity) and that we are proud to have helped deliver such a prestigious project with a collaborative environment and that through this project Open Spaces have gained confidence to continue delivering major projects in BIM.
