With outline consent already granted, Open Spaces has successfully discharged the planning conditions for this 0.5 hectare lake on residential estate land. Services included sketch and detailed design proposals, planting design and setting out prior to construction with the final scheme incorporating sculpted earth bunds, waterside, wildlife screen planting enhancement and the successful application for a 75m deep borehole to feed the lake.
