Tasked with discharging tree, landscape and ecology related conditions for a consented 4-unit scheme, we have also finalised similar documentation to support an application for an additional 2 dwellings on the same site.
The commission included hard and soft landscape plans and reports, lighting plan, BS 5837 compliant tree related survey and reports.
An ecological condition in relation to nesting birds will be discharged prior to commencement of on-site works.
