As a reserve site for a previous scheme, Open Spaces were appointed as Landscape Architects to develop a strategy for soft and hard landscape design.
The brief for the proposal which comprises 20+ dwellings has a ‘Security by Design’ component which Open Spaces met via plant selection. The resulting scheme also ensures a strong design aesthetic for the communal and gateway areas.
Working closely with other members of the Design Team, Open Spaces has ensured that hard landscape finishes meet engineering criteria and certifications.
